Theresa Skotak serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, with responsibility for global HR, global security, and global legal.

She held the position of vice president, human resources since May 2002. Prior to that, she was the director of corporate human resources for DURA since 1999. From 1997 to 1999 she was the director of human resources for Excel Industries, an automotive supplier based in Elkhart, IN, that was acquired by DURA.

Theresa’s more than 25 years of experience in various senior management positions include human resources and communications manager in North America for the Assembly and Test Division of Lucas Industries.

Theresa is on the Board of Governors for the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) HR Council, a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is SPHR certified.

Theresa holds a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies from Siena Heights University and a M.B.A. from Lawrence Technological University.
